I know we all have our day to day things we have to get done! But today I challenge you to take some time and do something a little different! February is all about love but don’t forget to love yourself! So here’s the challenge for today pick something from the list below and do it!? I’m giving you some ideas of things you can do for your mind, body, and soul!

Do something for the mind

  • Start a new book

  • Listen to a podcast

  • Make time for self-reflection

  • Focus on your passion and find a way to ignite ideas

  • Detox from technology

Do something for the body

  • Go for a walk

  • Practice meditation or yoga

  • Get more sleep

  • Start each day with a good stretch session

  • Nourish your skin

Do something for the soul

  • Laugh often

  • Listen to your favorite playlist

  • Write a love letter to yourself

  • Start a passion project

  • Cook a good meal

So as I’m challenging you I’m challenging myself. I started my morning with a yoga flow! It’s been so long since I’ve done yoga but it felt great. I also plan to listen to some old school R&B because music is good for my soul all the time!
